Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies are a timeless classic that bring together the perfect harmony of soft, chewy peanut butter cookies and a luscious chocolate kiss right at the center. These delightful treats are as simple to make as they are irresistible, featuring a tender, sweet, and slightly salty cookie base that cracks beautifully when you press a chocolate kiss into it fresh from the oven. Whether you’re baking for the holidays or just craving a nostalgic, comforting cookie, these blossoms add a festive sparkle to any dessert spread - and they’re sure to disappear fast, whether shared or savored solo.

Makes: 3 ½ dozen cookies
Ingredients
1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
42 milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Crumble cookie dough into bowl. Stir in peanut butter until completely blended.
Fill dough into cookie press, making sure to follow direction on how to put on the shape disk. Press dough onto cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately place a candy kiss in the center of each cookie, pressing down firmly.
Cool 1 – 2 minutes on Baking Stone or until chocolate softens but does not melt. Remove cookies to cooling rack and cool completely.
Repeat with remaining dough. Store cookies in tightly covered container
Note:
Make sure to unwrap all your milk chocolate kisses prior to putting the cookies in the oven so you ensure that you get the kisses on the cookies right after they come out of the oven.
