Ingredients
4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 oz can tuna, drained
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles
½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300℉.
Mix all ingredients and spoon onto sliced hamburger buns.
Wrap each tuna burger in aluminum foil and place in oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
Notes
You can store any leftovers tuna burger mix in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 days.
