Ingredients
· 8 oz smoked salmon, roughly chopped
· 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
· 4 cups baby spinach (or mixed greens)
· 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
· 1/4 cup feta or blue cheese crumbles
· 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
· Half of a small red onion, thinly sliced
Honey Chia Seed Vinaigrette
· 1/3 cup olive oil
· 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
· 1 tablespoon chia seeds
· 1 tablespoon honey
· 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- For the salad dressing, whisk all ingredients together.
